  • I keep giving this place a try because the location is so convenient and the store itself is cute and new. Each time I am let down by their poor customer service. This time with my pedicure my foot was cut up and she dug in my nail for what she thought was an ingrown toenail and now my toe is infected when it didn't even hurt when I went in. I went in for a special treat on my birthday and every employee was sitting on their phone and the lady barely looked up at me when it was time to do my nails. Let's just say she seems preoccupied and it wasn't a special treat for my birthday like I had hoped it would be. I text my mom here yesterday and her nails looked awful!
