Don't go to this store while this current staff or manager is working there. It is now Dec. 5, 2015.
They are scammers and will make you pay more than you have to on upgrading your phone. One staff member whose first name starts with an "I," told my wife that she could not use her $100 Upgrade credit on the sale price of a phone. This not only was a lie, but she was able to get another $100 off of an upgraded phone by simply going to the Verizon website. The manager was standing write next to the associate when he was trying to scam my wife, so I assume he is complicit or didn't hear. Also, when my wife went into this store a month prior, they where holding her answers for help hostage until she agreed to upgrade her service with higher monthly charges. You have to be careful with Verizon. You might pay $1 for a phone at Sam's club, but full price if you call a Verizon rep. on the phone. In the former case I discussed, it appeared to not be a promotional discrepancy, but an out right lie.
