  • I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but sadly I cannot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating on such short notice, however, when I picked up my pup I noticed his testicles were extremely red and swollen. I suspect it's a chemical burn from the cleaner they use in their kennels. I have heard of similar issues at other kennels. It is very disheartening, especially since the kennel was aware that he was still intact prior to admission. I would hope they would have flushed the kennel more thoroughly knowing he was an intact male. They did not mention anything to us about it during pick up, which I hope does not mean that they neglected our dog.
