  • Short version: clothing is very poor quality with very high price tag. Think xxi jeans but 6 times the price. Dishonest employees and clearly desperate for commission. Long version:Firstly i bought a dress at the Eaton center that was originally 165$ marked down to 75$. When i tried it on the employee made it sound as if it was for sale because it was the only one left and were getting room for more stuff. When i got home and tried the dress on i realized the seams were coming apart and the zipper was broken! It was final sale so i couldn't return the dress. When i went to a York Dale location to try and get a refund (sasha, if that was her real name) obviously said it wasn't possible (buyer beware, i get it) however she said she could exchange it for me on the spot but wouldnt give me store credit...? Thing was, everything in that store was 95 plus! Funny how the rules change to suit them. Why is it that when they'll be getting commission, final sale doesn't mean as much as when they're not benefitting. Of coarse i spent 3 hours in the store trying to find something that was worth what i was paying but everything was poorly stitched and over all poor quality. Terrible customer service, so dishonest.
