  • Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I went in as a new road bike buyer and Ian and Chris walked me through the whole process and came in at a very reasonable price with a great discount on clothes and the other accessories I needed. They also did a fit for the bike, and went out of their way to accommodate my lack of knowledge on the subject and set me up the best way possible. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike or anything else go straight to Giant. My boyfriend (an avid cyclist) liked them so much he also got a custom fit for his own bike there as a birthday present. Again - they did an awesome job. Places with this level of customer service are hard to find nowadays. Fantastic job, Giant!
