  • Sentry Management's "person in charge" of my community, Continental Terrace in Chandler, AZ is retarded. I call her with questions and get no answers or answers so vague that I have no idea how to move forward with anything. Most recently, I called her to discuss my plans for building a pool in my backyard. The only thing she told me, was that the HOA would be concerned if I build a pool slide, which I had no intention of building. Now that my pool is almost finished, and a month after I submitted my build plans to Sentry Management, they are telling me that my pool plans are not fully acceptable and the pool equipment cannot be where it has already been placed by the builder. The equipment has been attached to the plumbing and the electric power and would cost thousands of dollars to move.
