This isn't my favorite place to be, it ranks up there with the DMV and being weighed at the doctors. So rather than reviewing on my emotional state, I will review with my experience and what I see. Three stars is average to me, so this USPS is average.
You will be in a line, it's unavoidable. So it comes down to the number of people working and their services. There are usually 2-3 people working, so depending on how many people are in line, your wait varries.
I waver between this one and the horizon ridge post office. I live closer to the st rose but the horizon ridge normally has 3-4 people at the counter.
As for the workers, it's a hit or miss.I don't recall bad service here. Some are super sweet and others go through the motions
My advice, if you can arrive before it opens by 10 min... DO IT! You will still be waiting but at least you will be closer to the front.
