rev:text	My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here on Sunday and we both were extremely pleased! First, our server, Matt, was exceptional! He was without a doubt the most informative server that I have ever come across in my nearly 50 years of dining out. Matt explained to us about the smoker, the whiskey, the brisket, the different sauces, just everything! He was awesome! He even brought us out a sample of brisket and the sauces to try out to help us decide on what to order. The brisket was phenomenal and my husband went with ordering the fatty style brisket and added on the burnt ends. He shared, of course, and OMG! Heaven in your mouth! Best brisket I have ever eaten! Definitely order the fatty brisket as it will literally melt in your mouth! I ordered a rack of ribs and they were the best ribs that I have had since moving to NC three years ago, and we have tried many, many ribs down here! I shared as well and STILL brought home enough for us to have lunch the next day! The ribs were soooo good that you do not even need any sauce but I did still dip a few in because their sauces are delish too! I couldn't decide which sauce I liked better so Matt brought me all 4 on the side! How cool is that!!! For dessert we split a banana pudding and it was fantastic! The texture was more like a fluffy mousse and it was so creamy and yummy! Just thinking about it is making my mouth water! This please was off the hook fantastic and we will definitely make this our go-to barbecue place!
