I've been going to Westworld on Centre St for about 5 years now for various warranty issues with my Mac. They've always done a good and prompt job fixing my laptop but the receptionist leave a lot to be desired. I would be embarrassed of them if I was the store owner/manager. They are the first people of contact when you call and often when you go in. 9/10 times I have found them extremely rude and they act like looking up your file is a huge imposition. Is this not their job? After my last disappointment from putting up with rude reception at the store I have finally had enough and will take my business elsewhere. My suggestion to the manager is hire some people who will give customers a good impression of your store. The last thing I want is some minimum wage clerk making me feel like it is an imposition that I have chosen your company.
