  • Jed recently performed our home inspections (about 2 weeks ago) and let me tell you he is the best in town! My first run-in with Jed was actually when our rental house was sold and the new owners used Jed for their inspection. Unfortunately, i was home recovering from surgery so i was in the house for their inspection, HOWEVER, I am so glad i was there for those 4 hours because after i witnessed what an amazing job he did, i knew i had to hire him for our home purchase! And about 2 weeks later, we hired him with no regrets. Jed is extreamly thorough, professional, and beyond willing to help with our crazy first-time homebuyer questions. His go-pro is super cool and a valuable tool to go back through the inspection and the thermal camera is amazingly helpful as well. He has also given us some great references to electricians and plumbers. Jed is awesome, you would not go wrong with hiring him! Thank you so much for everything!
