I previously had good experiences there even though the clothes are pretty overpriced for second hand. But I purchased items a week ago, tags still attached, never worn, in the exact same condition as when I purchased them and I had my receipt. It was the day after the 7day return policy (the 8th day) and I couldn't make it the day before because of my work schedule. I knew I couldn't return it for my money so I asked the man behind the register if I could exchange it instead which I was totally fine with, but I was told a hasty "no." I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted to do an even exchange on clothing that was in the same condition as when I purchased it and just because I was 1 day late (and I came directly after work), they wouldn't allow me to. I ended up selling the clothes back to them for 2% of the price I purchased them for! At that point I just wanted to be done with them. Retail stores with new and unused merchandise aren't as strict as they are. I have been a retail manager for years and that is just bad customer service. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about shopping there in the future.
