I was looking for a particular newly released CD and according to Target.com this location had 4 in stock so I stopped by this location on my way home after work. I went to the new release section of CDs and couldn't find it. I even went to the specific genre of music and still couldn't find it.
So I then went over to the electronics customer service desk and showed one the employees the CD I was looking for on my phone and that they should have 4 in stock and that I couldn't find any. He then checks a hand held scanner and says "Yeah it says we have 4 in stock." No, really?!
He then said that maybe the CDs were put in a different place by another customer and told me to go back and look again and then walked away like he couldn't be bothered. Not offering to help me look or even to check and see if there were any in the back. So much for customer service. I then spent 20 minutes checking every CD they had looking for the CD I wanted. No luck so I just left pissed!
This was my favorite Target but, that is quickly changing the other way.
