  • As always, an amazing meal and the service was impeccable. The recent "refresh" of the Decor was tasteful and the new fresh fish display and species selections were impressive.....But I had to go with the Pre-Fix Menu with the optional Caviar Parfait, which was devine! Michael Mina is my go to in Vegas, but have to admit his Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay is a great, more casual steakhouse. Both restaurants are winners.
