WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER NEVER USED!!
I should have know that something wasn't right when we followed "Arrival Instructions" and got the run around with getting an address to pick up the rental car.
"Hector" the phone customer service employee was hardly useful or had any customer service skills.
Once we found the actual location, from asking another car rental company, we were in-gratefully greeted by "Tiffany". She pulled out reservation and asked about insurance, we explained we bought the offered full coverage insurance offered by the online rental service. "Tiffany" then stated that "that's a 3 party insurance coverage not recognized by their company and we either had to purchase coverage directly by them or have "proof" of full coverage by our current car insurance policy. We asked why is the third party selling insurance that isn't even accepted by their company, she didn't know why. Typical reply. We then say we don't have to buy their full coverage at the desk since we have fully coverage by our current car insurance policy and presented her with the insurance card. At this point she wasn't having it and rudely replied " I don't know what this means...it doesn't say anything to me". She then says she'll get her manager to "explain to us" why we need insurance. At this point "Tiffany" leaves her station huffing and puffing looking for her manager. "John" then shows up and calmly explains the insurance situation, he understands the presented car insurance card. We continue the check out process. He see our NV IDs and states that locals don't have unlimited milage dispute the "Unlimited Mileage" option available via the online 3rd party booking system. Which by the way is hidden within their website Terms and Service, and also wasn't sent to us with our car rental reservation confirmation. This was the final straw and we cancelled our reservation and asked for the GM/corporate's phone number.
We will NEVER be back NOR refer anyone to use them.
