My friend and I were interested in trying a new place in Phoenix and we found this through yelp. Rated high so I was looking forward to it. It's a nice, older Chinese restaurant. Decor is a bit outdated but it felt like a throwback to one of my favorite Chinese restaurant.
Service was nice. Not overly attentive but enough. We ordered beef fried rice, salt and pepper pork chops and house chicken. Every dish was delicious. It felt like a lot of compare and contrast to other places we've been but we thoroughly finished everything. We liked how the fried rice had more eggs then most places. We like how the seasoning of the pork chops was on the batter and not the meat. Tasty! The chicken was crispy and the sauce had the right amount of garlic to it. Order it on the side not on top!
Overall, I enjoyed the place. A tad bit pricey compared to others but good food. We'll come again in the near future to try other dishes.
