  • Great location to all the bars, and the lobby was amazing, with wonderful lounging areas. Definitely a place where you could meet several clients and still have a lot of privacy. The room was wonderful, though parking wasn't really cheap. Didn't really ask much from the staff, so I'm unable to really asses that aspect. Given the age of the hotel, and how well it was kept, I'm impressed by the management. If I'm ever in Cleveland again, I'd stay here :).
