  • We have been using Burns for 11 years - our first tech was great at our first home but, we moved to a different area 4 years later and got a new Tech and he is beyond great. Sal is the BEST, super customer service oriented, thorough, does a fantastic job for us - we have zero complaints or issues with Sal or Burns. Sal trains many new techs and I can see why - he really knows his stuff - impressive! Burns does have pretty great service techs - they are experienced, congenial, customer oriented and do an amazing job - I do recommend them with confidence whenever someone is looking for a good exterminator.
