  • I have had several experiences with Arrowhead dermatology. . I had skin tags removed.. got a staff infection resulting in celutitis... after research found out it is common. My PCP put me on high doses of antibiotic. Decided to give a second chance.. had a great deal on Botox.. my girl was great.. gave me coupon discount, Brilliant distinction discount.. quoted a total. Done..paid for it..Happy as a clam.. I told her I had a balance from previous apmt.. she gave me total due. Paid it.. I am now coming in to evaluate the Botox.. 3 wks latet.. now Ashley in billing said a mistake was made on. Their part now I owe 200 more. Don't go there..it is a shady operation and they don't stand by their quotes or pricing.
