  • My fiancĂ© (now husband!) recently hired the Gluch Group as his real estate agent to find the home I'm sitting in as I write this review. We were looking for our very first home to start our brand new life together as a married couple and the Gluch Group had come highly recommended from friends who had used them as their realtor in various parts of the Phoenix area. We were nervous about the whole thing since it was such a big decision and really didn't want to be pressured into buying the wrong home. We wanted help from someone who had lots of experience but was willing to be patient with us since we were new at this whole thing. We were not in a huge hurry so we took our time looking at different homes in the Phoenix area as well as in Scottsdale and we were super pleased with how that whole process went. The guys were always available to show homes we had interest in and gave great tips on how much remodeling the older homes might cost. We NEVER felt any pressure to buy and it was apparent from the very beginning that these guys were were pros. Every one of the (many!) questions we had was either answered right away or researched and responded to the same day. After about two months of not seeing much we loved the perfect one popped up and we made an offer. After a bit of negotiating we had ourselves a house which was exciting but scary. We had an inspection time where home inspectors and the Gluch Group helped us really feel comfortable about the house and answered all of our questions. In the end we closed on the house about 30 days later and could not be happier with it. We did some remodeling (which Jeremy helped us with a ton) and just love living here. A pretty scary process felt much more comfortable with a great team of realtors walking beside us. The Gluch Group did a great job!
