Went in to return a charger today the rep that helped me out greated me and was in the process of return it. He turned around and asked his Manager a return question his manager turned and asked me if i had the reciept with an atitude . I said i didnt ask for one . She gave me the dirtiest look ever and turned around Not professional at all i asked the rep if she was always like that he answered its been a long day. Long day or NOT im a district manager for at&t you dont treat costumers like that regardles of your issues. As the rep proceeds to check me out she turns to argue with a costumer next me over miss information thatwas given to her from one of her reps . Did not aproach her with any professional skills at all instead she got fustrated and threaten to call the cops on her. The worse managment i seen if she cant handle it and act profrssional and set an example to her employes she shouldnt be a manager at all. Straoght gehtto she was. Her name was Claudia Meza
