I liked the old owner, Robert, who was always available to help me with any issue I had both hardware and software related. I just found out there is a new owner and was nervous I would not receive the same service. Turns out the new owner, Artie, is just as, or even better at customer service than Robert was. I watched Artie serve multiple customers simultaneously, efficiently and patiently. With differing levels of technical aptitude and differing levels of phone challenge complexity, he was able to handle it all graciously. I didn't see him charge one customer for his services, which makes me wonder how he makes money to pay the rent. I hope many frequent this establishment to support an entrepreneur with high integrity!
