  • I will never go back to this urgent care again. I came in for extreme back pain caused by an injury from weightlifting. Before I spoke to the FNP, she opens the door demanding a urine sample. Why on earth do you need a urine sample for a back injury caused by weightlifting, you ask? Apparently to check for a UTI, a problem I obviously do not have. She then comes in after I had expressed my concern for an unnecessary urinalysis, stating my urine is "clean". I KNOW, I'M NOT HERE FOR A UTI. Never asked me a single thing about how I had injured it, didn't even bother with an x-ray, didn't provide a diagnosis. She acted bothered/offended when I asked what the medications she was prescribing me were for, and didn't give me instructions on how to care for my back or what to do if the pain persists. This urgent care isn't concerned about their patients, they're concerned with doing the absolute bare minimum to get you out of there. I will never return to this sad excuse of a healthcare facility. The worst part is I work for a medical practice and am well-aware of how an office of this nature should operate.
