After taking my car back 6 times for them to correct their original error, lying to me, and costing me my personal time, they refused to fix the problem for free. I took my car in to get a leaky tire replaced and upon arrival they were told that the left tire has fix a flat in it. They ended up replacing two tires and rotating them. Upon leaving, my car began to shake at 60mph or better. Took the car back not one more time, but 5 more times to have them check it and was told that they balanced the tires and there was nothing wrong. After the fifth time, I was adamant about getting answers and took my car to Good Year where they told me that they couldn't get the tires to balance (so Tire Town was lying to me about balancing them the 5 times I went to have it checked) and that the problem is there was fix a flat in my back tire. Tire Town didn't replace the right tire and couldn't even balance the tires properly. I called Tire Town once Good Year had given me this report and explained the situation. The lady said that the manager was out of town but would be back in the middle of the week but that most certainly they could comp the tire at no charge since it was their error. Upon arrival to the shop when the manager was back in town, we were told that they were not informed of the fix a flat (not true) and then proceeded to ignore that the problem even existed saying that he could replace the tire with a used one at cost but that "Was the best he could do". NO - after giving up all of that personal time to deal with an issue that should have been an easy fix, you do NOT get off that easily. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that this gets resolved since the manager couldn't seem to negotiate properly and refused to acknowledge their error.
