  • Horrible experience and cannot recommend. The first time I called asking for information on a garage door opener, Dan told me he would email me a proposal. A week goes by and nothing. I call back one week later and Tom notifies me he can help me out. Great. He emails a proposal and it looks good. Several days later I get a call from him that he's moving to a new company and someone else will take over my installation. Oookay, fine. I call Lodi back and talk to someone else (Robert, I think?). I explain the situation and he assures me that they will take care of me and he will email me a new proposal, just to get it in writing. No email. The day before the expected install date, Ruben calls to give me a two hour time window for installation. Great. The next day, the two hour time window comes and goes--no one has shown. I call Lodi and they inform me the installation guy called in sick today. No one bothered to tell me that no one would be showing up. Don't waste your time with this company, they probably don't want your business anyway.
