  • I see a lot of negative reviews of BBS on yelp. I can say without a doubt that I have enjoyed the experience of having shutters installed throughout my home. It took 6 weeks to order and install which was expected. Casey my installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did some custom fitting on site with no upsell and removed all of the blinds from my home for a small fee that saved me trips to the dumpster. I would highly recommended as we now have great shutters and thought the process form start to finish went great.
