  • I joined this gym before it was bought by Gold's. There were issues with broken equipment, leaking ceilings, etc. For the year or more we kept hearing "changes were coming" but saw very little improvement other than fixing some machine & new spin bikes. What kept me going back were the AWESOME fitness class instructors. My family was transferred in May to Florida & I am STILL trying to get my memberships cancelled. Dealing with the incompetent front desk staff & financial company handling the memberships has been completely infuriating & the "Operations Director" is a joke - no returning phone calls or emails. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you - the stress & frustration isn't worth it!
