  • Of course maybe it's unfair to rate an establishment based on the talent of one individual, but based on the shave experience I had with Rick I would never go to Cha Cha again. I went in for my first straight shave ever, as I decided to pamper myself a bit for our wedding, and I thought a baby-smooth face would be nice, and take away the stress of doing it myself and worrying about cutting myself. His control of the razor was unconvincing, and the amount of hair he left on me was ridiculous. I was left with patchy, non-clean-shaven areas, and some areas he missed entirely. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the fact that I had to go home and shave myself before my wedding after dropping a whopping $40 on a poor shave that was advertised as $35. Worst part of the otherwise perfect day. :/
