This pains me, as the actual job of the treading is done so well here, and I have enjoyed both aestheticians who have worked on my brows (which I don't trust to just anyone) -- but the place is so filthy, I don't think I'll ever go back. The last time I was there, I noticed mounds of hair on the studio floor (especially towards the back room, where the threading happens) and there were numerous shipping boxes of product stacked high -- stuff like that should be in a back storage room, and not within sight of customers.
I hopped up on the table for the treading, but hesitated to lay back, as the towel looked like it was spotted from the day's waxing. I was assured by the aesthetician that it was "OK" and that the "stains weren't recent" (!). There was wax all over the counter top, and sticks which had been used from previous waxings just left on the counter.
I'm weirded out by stuff like that! This is a case where the problems with the environment trumps the great job they do. It's really a shame.
