  • As other reviewer said, this is professional and excellent customer service. They advice me not to purchase things you don't need or never going to use. Especially gimmick features that you are going to use it once only. Love my subaru but hate my stock useless OEM infotainment system. It sucks so bad that decided to upgrade to something more useful CarPlay and Android Auto JVC, I could not be anymore happier with the upgrades. I know there are a lot of DIY out there, would think it is cheaper. If I purchase all the parts myself that would come very close in price total vs professionally done by Ultra Auto Sound shop. Let's not forget shipping and taxes for DIY. I would definitely go back to them for future upgrades.
