Update: I had to knock them down a rating because they are closed today (Saturday) by 1pm. They are supposed to be open but no explanation as to why they are closed. The food here is good but that's about it. This place is irritating now.

I'll first say that I love the food. I ordered the Carnegie Hall and it was out of this world. My complaint is around how all of these delis, restaurants, and fast-serve counter places all feel the need to ask you if you want to tip when you make a credit transaction. I order food, pay you money, and you hand me food. That's how a transaction works. You didn't "wow" me...and I haven't even tasted the sandwich yet to know if it was even made good. Why do all these places need to make you feel awkward about tipping? Yes, I could elect "no", but you're already making this awkward for no reason. And the WORST part about this place is the lowest tip amount they offer you is 15%.
15% for taking your order and handing you food. This movement towards tipping for people not waiting on you hand-and-foot needs to stop. You're doing your job. That's it.
