  • As a first time customer I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service of this shop. First of all, I overheard a few orders and noticed anything anyone asked for they "couldn't do it" or "didn't have it". I was second in line when the lady completely ignored me and asked the third person in line if they were ready to order! When I finally ordered I asked for a size "mini" I asked if they could switch the whoppers for crunch bar in my shake and she said that I would have to order a larger size because it would be "too much chocolate"! Nowhere did the menu say you have to order medium or larger (& it would've been the same amount just different). I decided to just order the medium because she would not let me order a small or if I DID order a small I would still pay for a larger size !? My end total ended up being nearly $10 just for a shake! When I finally got it, it was nothing special but an ordinary shake, no whipped cream, chocolate or anything fancy for it to be $10. Total scam..I won't be coming back. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
