| - Worse place ever!!!! Took my friend in so we could both get a mani/pedi. When we got into the chairs, before even starting, we asked the lady getting ready to start on my friend, how much it would cost. She gave us their mani/pedi price list as she didn't understand or speak much English. After looking over the prices, we decided against doing the mani/pedi and asked how much just for gel nail polish on both our hands and feet. She asked another one of the ladies to talk to us since as I stated, didn't understand us. The other girl came over and told us it would be $30 for our feet and $20 for our hands. Deciding that we also wanted a design on our toes(one on each side) and myself wanting a design on one of my fingers each, they started. We thought $55 for her was good and $60 for me as 2 designs cost $5 and I was getting a total of 4 designs. Let me now say that this is where it all started to turn. The person that did my feet did such a poor job, that they had to have someone else redo it and the girl that did my fingernails left hem completely lumpy and didn't even think to clean off the polish around my fingers until I asked her to do so. Then she kept looking over at my friends nails saying how pretty they were and then looking at my nails, that she was doing mind you, saying that she didn't like them and didn't like the color. At this point I was already frustrated with the whole thing and couldn't wait to just pay and go. Well, once we got to the checkout, my friend who paid while I was finishing up, came up to me upset because she just got charged $75 when it was only suppose to be $55. When they handed me my total and said $75, I started arguing with the lady, explaining that was not what we were told and that I wanted to speak to the manager. Let me tell you, this is when things really escalated! The manage comes over and after explaining everything to her, pulls out what I assume is their to go pricing menu and tells me that all the prices were right there. I explained to her that I was not given this pricing menu when I asked what it was going to cost us and went off of what we were told when asked. Now the lady that we asked about the pricing originally comes over and says that she told me that was he price to take polish off. First of all, why would you give me a price on polish removal when I didn't even have any polish on in the first place and secondly, never asked you about the pricing for polish removal! So I tell her there is no way I am paying that kind of money for the crappy job they did and she told me that was what I owed and had to pay. So I said that I would never go back there again and she told me good, don't come back. But that I still had to pay the $80. Wait, what?! It's $80 now???? So I threw the cash at her, and she yelled at me. I gave her the finger and walked out!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
