The dim sum on a Saturday early afternoon is meh, it had a below average selection for a Vegas place and that's saying something. We've been here at least six times on different days and different times. The lastest visit was on a fairly warm October afternoon. The best time to come is Sunday before 3pm because even though it's crazy busy they have the best selection, more carts and fresher offerings. When we arrived it wasn't busy, maybe six tables max. It was really warm and humid in there, I could see they had some box fans but didn't feel like any AC was on. I was wearing a thin t shirt and shorts, but was still feeling some perspiration :(
NOTE TO NEWBIES: familiarize yourself with the picture menu and prices, it's easy to get over zealous and pick out a bunch of stuff not knowing some are $7 a pop!
