I don't have any complaints on their staff in the facility. It's really about how the owner treat his customer.
I email the company to cancel my monthly membership, the owner and COO Brian Sisson replies that it's cancelled and I respond a simple "thanks". Everything should be OK until the owner send me one word reply "mor_ns" immediately. You guys can see my attached email screenshot.
I don't know what's wrong with this guy, and how can he do business while cursing a leaving customer. Anyway I will NEVER go to this range!
