  • I used to think all UPS stores are all the same, and for the most part they are all helpful and pleasant. I have been hitting this UPS store off and on until finally I realized that this store is really, really going above and beyond in customer service. They are happy to help with packaging items I am sending so I just show up with presents or whatever and they package them up with peanuts and do it all for me. I do still have to wrap the presents though, darn it. :) Chris and Tony are always professional and thorough and they have earned my loyalty and now I would rather always use their store even if it means a bit of a drive. Good music, always pleasantries exchanged, and always going the extra mile no matter what. Highly recommend using this company for mail/fax services, packaging and post office boxes.
