  • If I could rate this place negative stars I would. They have to be the most rude humans I have ever met. I asked for a fake set manicure. The sat me down to a woman who didn't speak a single lick of English. I told her I didn't want any filed off my real nails, she ignored my request and filed anyway. I said id like the fake set, showed her a photo and she acknowledged. Then she began to paint my nails. I said no I'd like what I showed you. She acted like she didn't understand. Then a man whom I suppose is the owner said oh you said wrong, a fake set is not a manicure. After he managed to say five times that I was wrong, they finally moved me to a different spot to get the fake ones. These people have horrible customer service. Blaming customers for their incompetence, anyone knows that's fake means acrylic. And to top it off, they don't use clean utensils. The lady pulled them out of a drawer, and they had old nail filings on them.. They weren't clean.. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy... I can't emphasize enough how horrible this place is. I would not waste your time or money on them. There are too many nail places to be treated so poorly, especially when I'm paying them for their service. Horrible.
