  • My husband and I hired them and were not pleased at all. We wanted a deep clean because we had people living in our home that had dogs and spilled wax on our hardwood floors. The lady was at our home the first time for about 5.5 hours and got close to nothing done. She vacuumed our hardwood floors with our vacuum meaning absolutely nothing was picked up, edges were still filthy, lots of dog hair, the candle wax wasn't cleaned up at all and whatever things she did move she left piled up instead of putting it back where it belongs.. The bathroom looked like it wasn't even touched there was hard water spots that were left all over the shower, & the bottom of toilet wasn't cleaned.. My husband complained to the owner and she sent her back out the next day with a team leader. That day was wonderful. Everything got done the right way, the team leader knew exactly what she was doing, and it took about 3.5 hours. But get this, the owner calls back asking to charge us even MORE. Now we were already charged $150 for something I could have cleaned better but hired someone else to do! So the fact that they even had the nerve to ask for more money is insane to me. I do not recommend this company. We would never use them again.
