  • They did an oil change and about two months after I discovered I was missing two bolts from my air cleaner. I called and spoke with Eli. I went to the store and showed him one of the other bolts. Eli, without question, said he'd order me some bolts. I went back a week later and Eli had the bolts. These air cleaner bolts are proprietary as the specs are specifically for the air cleaner on my truck. I had also tried to get the bolts from the dealership and was told they were not available. But, Eli and the service manager at the Firestone were able to get them. They went the extra mile to take care of a customer. I can't thank them enough.
