Not happy about paying for repairs a 2nd time due to poor design by GM. Your service advisor Shane admitted the blower motor was responsible for the rear evaporator leaking, yet no free replacement? He felt GM did me a favor knocking the repair cost in half. Are you kidding me?!? 2nd time in 2 1/2 years it's been repaired and yet the consumer should be grateful. This is the 3rd negative review I've left for 3 different visits to your dealership, and yet, no one from management has contaced me.
