  • I have to say, I was nervous going into my appointment due to the negative reviews. I cannot say which is more typical, my experience or those of the others commenting here. I can only speak to my experience. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Trupin herself, was extremely polite and friendly. My visit was relaxed. I did not feel condescended to in the slightest. I had been to two other doctors to discuss being placed on weight loss medication, and both of them told me flat out "I don't like diet pills" and then proceeded to talk to me like I was a 5-year-old about how I shouldn't eat a lot of unhealthy food. Dr. Trupin was wonderfully refreshing in that regard, she treated me like a human being with a brain who had arrived at this conclusion after careful thought. All I can say as a negative is, it is a fairly expensive clinic. But given my experience, I'm willing to pay more for the quality of care I received.
