  • Don't normally write reviews unless the service/product is exceptional. After reading the reviews on this site, I gave them a call. John was out within a day, and on time. Very professional, and very friendly. He has a great amount of knowledge as to what can and cannot be done to get your carpet clean. Very up front on price (beyond reasonable), and a prompt answer to any of my questions. I had him clean a large room (15x30) along with my hallway (10x5). I have not had my carpet cleaned in 6 years, and now they look like new. It's amazing what he was able to achieve. I had very modest expectations, and was blown away. His method is of cleaning is great, and the carpet was almost dry to the touch by the time he left. I can move my furniture back into place that much sooner, and my wife is happy that the carpet isn't "squishy" after cleaning. No smell, and no residue. He explained future care and how to handle wear patterns in the carpet, along with tips for spot cleaning. Very satisfied, and a great value. John did what others only promise. Defintely will be using them again.
