  • After a very poor service experience last summer with Finley Toyota I was very upset and apprehensive about coming back this past week to get my car serviced I called and spoke to the service truck Mark Anderson and felt very confident that they would fix my car right this time I brought my car in on Tuesday rented a car Mark called me on Thursday told me what was wrong what needed to be fixed and they did a great job this time I will always bring my car back again to Findlay Toyota thank you Mark Anderson for your excellent customer service keeping me up-to-date on what needs to be fixed on the car and fixing it right this time I'm very satisfied thank you
