My group and I ordered 3 half ice cream sandwiches: oatmeal cookie with london fog and burnt toffee ice cream, rococoa cookie with london fog ice cream, and everything cookie with london fog and banana puddin' ice cream. If I was just basing this on their london fog ice cream alone, I would give them 5 stars. It wasn't very sweet like typical ice cream and the flavour was strong. If I do go back, I would just get a tub of that and nothing else. However, I was not a fan of the other two ice cream flavours and found them to be very sweet. When we got our orders, the burnt toffee ice cream was already melting all over the cookie. I believe there is suppose to be chunks of toffee as I ate something crunchy but there was just one piece so maybe not. The banana puddin' flavour has mashed bananas in it but got too sweet after a few bites. As for the cookies, I didn't think they were anything special. This is not for you if you're looking for a soft cookie. Group consensus was oatmeal was the best one of the three. We got there around 4:00pm (opens at 3:00pm) and there were no more ginger molasses cookies, which was the one I wanted to try. I'm not sure if it was sold out or if they just didn't make any that day.
They also have cupcakes and cakes for sale. Everything is displayed without a cover which is fine except there were flies around the food. I noticed this when I was ordering and tried to shoo them away. I'm not sure if this is normal for them but the girl taking my order noticed the flies but did nothing and said nothing. One even landed on one of the red velvet cupcakes.
This place is cash only so remember to bring cash! They have an ATM machine inside the store but when my friend went to use it, it was "temporary unavailable." We were told the machine was probably out of cash and they pointed us to the nearest bank. I don't believe the ATM works often or it runs out of cash often as I overheard one of the girls working there saying how the same thing happened the other day.
