Unfortunately, cox communications turned out to be a total disappointment before I even got the service. The representative/Manny assured me I would be charged $75.00 for installation 1/2 off their regular price. Yesterday I call to verify that it truly is necessary to have a tech come out and was told there are no notes regarding a discounted installation price. I was then told Manny would call me back regarding the issue. Well, no one call so I decided to call and asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Ryan/supervisor who began the conversation by "okay, you are getting the cheapest package what can I help you with". Really?! I thought.
I told him Manny had quoted me $75. for installation and since their calls are recorded he can listen to his offer. He said oh no that's impossible because the price is actually $150.00 is there anything else I can help you with? I said yes, please cancel my order. His response was okay, I can do that. Sad... customer service
