  • This is my first yelp review! What can I say about Lynette ? Wow ! I found her through groupon ( kinda scary for IPL) I emailed her and she immediately emailed me back with answers to my questions. Then she called me and we set up my first appointment. I had to be a little flexible ( now I know WHY she is so busy)! Why I loved my visit: She gave great directions to find her salon. In the waiting room she had a sign that said if you were there as her client to text her so she knew you were waiting. This is the type of salon that they are all independent and have their own room. She text me right back, came up to meet me, gave me time to full out paperwork and then escorted me to her room. Her room is tiny, but nicely decorated CLEAN and comfortable. The consultation was amazing. This woman knows skin and also how to explain it. Then I got up on the bed and she included hot oil treatment for hands with warm mitts. Also offered to put my rings in cleaner. Very nice little extra. She was very quick to get the job done, and communicated with me the entire time. She has a firm and confident touch. We had quite a bit to talk about, as I am an Esthetician and also Licensed in laser. I learned a lot from our conversation. I waited a couple weeks to write a review so my skin had time to heal. I've had great results. Many of the spots on my chest that we were targeting came up to the surface and are slowly fading. My face I was mainly concerned with redness and I don't see a huge difference yet and probably need another treatment or two. Obviously I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an IPL treatment!
