  • After a referral by doctors at St Josephs Hospital, we booked our first night through Hotels.com. We were so pleased by the hospitality of all staff that we booked directly through the desk for four more days at the same off season rate. On a tip from the restaurant manager, we were able to arrange to keep the same low summer rate through high season. Being able to maintain this location for repeat stays allowed us to feel like the Clarendon was not just a place to stay, but part of our family. The warmth of welcome extends from every every person at the front desk, through to housekeeping, restarant staff and all services. Free parking and breakfast voucher are both wonderful. Rooftop patio allows for beautiful nightime vistas of Phoenix area Don't miss lunch and dinner at Cafe Tranquillo. Say hello to Nicki, Lilia, Jacob, Roberta, Jake, Chef Vince and all the proud and welcoming staff. This boutique venue clearly puts friendly courtesy, and high level of service as priority one. Stay here once and you will understand why we decided to stay here on a continuing basis. Ocation is within 15 minutes of ney all of Phoenix. Just use Central Avenue instead of the freewYs to na igate north and south to your destinations. Walking distance from St Joseph's medic center.
