  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! It's worth no stars actually.. Worst custom cake and service. I placed an order for a birthday cake for 30 people it cost me $170. Highly expensive for a custom cake that DIDN'T taste good and they messed up on the cake. They did fix it when I told them the Birthday age was wrong but come on you think they would give me a discount NOPE! The worker did tell me she will have one of the managers to call me but they didn't, not the worker fault but definitely the manager and owner. 4 days later no phone call still so I took this opportunity to call because I knew they weren't and also the cake did not taste like the flavour I chosen actually didn't taste like it at all so I did wanted to clarify on the flavour of the cake. When I spoke to the man on the phone he said he was aware of this situation that occur but his response was we fixed so we didn't call you since we fixed the problem. That isn't the way we deal with a customer on the phone or how a business should run if there was a mistake the manager/owner should of still showed he cared about the situation and called the customer to properly apologize. So that was that part and as for the flavour of the cake apparently it was the correct flavour I picked so basically my tastebuds are in the wrong here?! I don't understand if the customer is telling you it did not taste like the flavour I chosen but he said it was the right flavour because it said it on the order paper and he's basing it to the order paper than how come the order paper said the correct Birthday AGE (I seen the order paper on the day I picked it up) but the Birthday AGE was wrong on the day I picked it up?!! So who is in the wrong here the paper or the manager/owner?!! So there it is worst customer service, Birthday age on the cake was incorrect and it tasted horrible as it wasn't even the correct flavour!! I got off the phone with the man and I will never purchase anything from this place again and I will let my family, and friends know about this horrible place as well.
