First time here.
They have some good services. Hot towel was offered as soon as you walked in and jackets taken away.
A few people here mentioned Korean snacks freely offered, but we did not experience that. We were given a menu to order some drinks and snacks from (you have to pay) including coffe and tea and soft drinks. However, they never came to ask us to order or if we wanted water (which was free according to the menu)
It's bright and spacious, the staff are courteous and helpful. My stylist (i am sorry I forgot her name...a Japanese lady) gave me a lot of advice on how to style my hair after the cut and what product to use.
One thing that was also a bit odd was they didn't offer us magazines to read while in the chair like most hair salons do. However, This could be a plus for someone who like to watch the stylist work (just in case it veered into a direction you don't like). I think it prob helps with the accuracy of cutting... in other salons, I have had stylists keep adjusting my head position coz it's buried in the magazines which can make it difficult for them to get the hairline just right.
They also did some head massages while washing your hair, which feels very Nice
If you plan to donate your Virgin hair, they have a 10% discount. Also, I think you get 20% discount if it's your birthday month.
They do not accept credit, just cash or debit.
