  • Worst customer service ever. No one approached me the entire time I was there. And when I've had my hair dyed there before, they dyed and bleached my clothing. Worst salon in Las Vegas. Waste of money; waste of time. Go anywhere else but to Ulta. In general. Any location has been a bad experience. The management is horrible, too. The employees gossip about customers and even their own employees. Get out!!!!!! Way better places to go to. This place SUCKS!!!!!
