I like Krysia Energy Yoga Studios. There is a wide variety of classes at different times during the day. One of my Yoga Studio pet peeves is lack of times available. For those of us who work 9-5ers a 5 / 6 am class is key as well as late 8 / 9pm classes.
Krysia offers both!
I love the Yoga in the park options too. It is such a nice expression of life to practice in the park during the summer.
Colleen's classes are great. She ALWAYS introduces herself prior to the class beginning (yet another pet peeve of mine for group fitness classes) which bumps her up a level in my opinion. She provides a challenging class and always offers modifications if needed / wanted.
I enjoy that there are Ashtanga classes too. I love the Ashtanga practice, and while I don't do it frequently enough, I know that I can find a regularly scheduled Ashtanga class at Krysia.
The Happy Hour Friday classes are fun and a great way to meet the people you are practicing with.
Krysia's space is nice, open, and clean. The bathroom is clean and offers enough space for you to change in / out of work clothes as needed. There is always hot tea available to you prior to or after a class.
Beware of you animal allergy people however. Krysia has a cute dog that rules the studio. He / She (I don't know which, sorry) can be found on a mat or roaming during a class. I don't mind dogs or have allergies, but I know some of you do, so please be advised...take your Allegra first.
Check out Krysia, I think you'll be glad you did.
Ommmmmmmm......
